Born in a minute.
Name it, set the dates, add the venue. That's the whole setup.
One tap. Your crew is in.
No open link, no code on a table tent — only the people you chose.
Everyone shoots. It all lands together.
Five phones, one gallery — filling in real time while the night is still happening.
Your night. Your call.
Approve every photo before the crew sees it — or let it run live. One tap, either way.
Three steps, then put the phone down.
Start a Shoot
Name the event, set the dates, choose Live or Moderated. It takes about a minute.
Invite your crew
Straight from your contacts, person by person — no open link, no code on a table tent, only the people you chose. Five crew seats, free.
Shoot together
Everyone's photos land in one gallery, live while it happens. Keep your favorites; the rest lets go.
Everything the night needs.
Invites stay personal
Invites go person-to-person from your phone's contacts — there is no public join link or QR code to leak. Your contact book never leaves your device.
Live or Moderated
The Host chooses how the gallery runs: Moderated holds each photo for approval; Live shows photos the moment they're uploaded. Moderated is the default.
A page for everyone else
The Host can open a view-only public web page — guests need no app and no account, and the Host can switch the link off at any time. It shows only photos approved as public, never full-resolution originals.
Keep what you love
Save individual photos to your phone where the Host allows it; the Host can download the event's full-quality originals.
Seven days, on purpose
Every gallery is permanently deleted 7 days after the event starts — the Host can extend once, by 7 more days, and then it's gone for good. That's the point.
Quietly private
Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, location metadata is stripped before anyone else sees a photo, and there are no ads and no selling data.
A page for the people not in the app.

Good questions.
Why do photos disappear after 7 days?
Every photo in an event is permanently deleted 7 days after the event starts — the exact date is shown on the event. That's the heart of BellyButton: shoot freely, relive the week, keep what matters, let the rest go. Download what you want to keep before then.
Can I get more time?
Once per event, the Host can add 7 more days (so 14 days after the start) — the option appears after the event ends. One extension only, and it can't be undone or repeated.
Do guests need the app to see photos?
No — if the Host turns on the public web page, anyone with its link can view the approved photos in any browser, no app or account needed. The Host can switch the link off at any time.
Who can see my photos?
Only the event's members, under the Host's settings — unless the Host turns on the public web page. That page is reachable only by its unguessable link, shows only photos approved as public, and never full-resolution originals. The Host can switch the link off at any time, which cuts access immediately.
Can I upload videos?
Not yet — photos only for now. Video is on the roadmap.
How many events can I create?
Free accounts can create 4 events per month; the counter resets monthly. Your usage meter is on your account screen.
